Strongrate® fiberglass wall louvers are fabricated for the rigors of industry. Designed to provide maximum air flow at a minimum pressure drop and water entrainment. Offered in both stationary and adjustable configurations, these fiberglass louvers are serviceable in hostile environments with excellent chemical resistance, drainable blade designs and several mounting options.

Strongrate® fiberglass wall louvers are fabricated for the rigors of industry. Designed to provide maximum air flow at a minimum pressure drop and water entrainment. Offered in both stationary and adjustable configurations, these fiberglass louvers are serviceable in hostile environments with excellent chemical resistance, drainable blade designs and several mounting options.

Features:

  • Construction: Polyester resin with UV inhibitor, synthetic veil, Class 1 flame spread of 25 or less.

  • Minimum size: 305mm wide x 610mm high.

  • Maximum Size: 1524mm wide x 3048mm high.

  • Frame: 152mm deep channel, 6.4mm thick.

  • Blades: 3.2mm thick, Center or end pivot.

  • Pivots and Bearings: Fiberglass Reinforced Polypropylene.

  • Linkage: Fiberglass reinforced polypropylene & FRP control arm.

  • Operating Range: Opens to 45°.

  • Dampers: Parallel Blade, Gravity Back draft type.
